What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with experienced crew members, necessary safety gear, fuel for the journey, and a selection of basic beverages. Service-specific additions may vary — for instance, evening cruises feature gourmet snacks and select drinks, while options for company charters include meeting facilities and tailored corporate dining experiences.
How early should I make my reservation?
Securing your booking 2–3 weeks beforehand is advisable, particularly in the high-demand season from May through September. To ensure availability and customization for corporate gatherings and special festivities, we suggest booking 4–6 weeks in advance.
What happens in the event of unsuitable weather conditions?
Our main concern is your safety. In case the captain assesses the weather as hazardous, you'll have the option to rearrange for another suitable date or receive a full refund. We closely track the weather forecasts and will reach out 24 hours before the planned departure should the weather forecast look uncertain.
May I provide my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your choice of munchies and soft drinks on board. We also offer a comprehensive catering service that can adapt menus to match your preferences. For safety considerations, please note that glass containers are restricted on the yacht.

Can you describe your policy on cancellations?
Cancellation notices provided 72 hours or more from the departure time are entitled to a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours prior will be refunded 50%. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be given unless the reason is inclement weather or a mechanical fault on our part.
